Returns & Refunds Policy

Artisanstudioin is committed to customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of our handmade products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The item received does not match the description on our website
  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Once a custom design has been approved and production has begun, returns are not accepted due to the personalized nature of these items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@artisanstudioin.cv with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions
  3. You will receive a return authorization number (RMA) that must be included with your return
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
  6. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package

Please note that returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your financial institution. For other payment methods, refund processing times may vary.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). In cases where we are at fault, we will refund both the item cost and original shipping charges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you are returning an item due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@artisanstudioin.cv. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.

We take quality seriously and will investigate any manufacturing defects. If a defect is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom orders (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items that have been personalized or customized at the customer's request

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the most current pricing and availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
